How to measure an existing ring
1. Select an existing ring that fits the desired finger.
2. Measure the internal diameter of the ring (in mm).
3. Use the below chart to determine your ring size.
How to measure my finger
1. Take a strip of paper and wrap it around your finger.
2. Pull the paper tight to comfortably fit your finger.
3. Mark the spot where the paper meets and measure the distance with a millimeter ruler.
4. Compare your measurement to the chart below for your ring size.
