SHIPPING

Shipping is FREE in the US!

Orders will only be shipped to the billing address for the method of payment used.

All purchases of $1,000 or more regardless of any signature waiver on file with the carrier will require an adult signature.

US street addresses will be shipped via UPS, FedEx or USPS.

Deliveries to a PO Box or an APO/FPO address will be by the UPS Priority Mail. Please allow additional time for Military Postal Service for APO/FPO addresses.

Tracking numbers will be emailed with an estimated arrival date.

All estimated arrival dates are subject to weather delays and other shipping/vendor service disruptions.

 

Shipping status can be checked using the tracking number by using the noted carrier’s website.

Estimated arrival dates do not the following into account for ring sizing, special orders, customizations.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you’re not happy with your purchase, we want to make it right. You can return or exchange your item for up to 30 days after purchase.

 

Please follow these return/exchange instructions:

If you want to make a return/exchange, email us at info@houseofvirtruve.com

On the email message indicate the purchase date; invoice number; and the reason for your return/exchange.

An HOV Customer Service Specialist will reply the next office business day (Monday through Friday 9am-6pm EST excluding legal holidays.)

All returned/exchanged items must be in original new, unaltered, and unworn condition.

Authorized returns/exchanges will receive an emailed prepaid shipping label for the returning package.

You must include the original packing slip and all documents in the returning package.

Attach the printed prepaid shipping label on the center of the shipping box; and deliver the package to the noted carrier (UPS, FedEx or USPS.)

 

All returns will be inspected by our HOV Customer Service Specialists before we can process a refund/exchange.

 

Any credit for your original payment method will be processed within two weeks of receiving your return.

 

HOV is not responsible for merchandise that is not received or not returned in accordance with these instructions.
